Returns

During the pandemic of COVID-19 Nousprint is not accepting any returns.

However, we are here to help you address any concerns that you made to make sure that you receive the best quality for your product.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item due to being defective, Nousprint will gladly give you a store credit to either be used at a future date or immediately. All exchanges may take up to 30 to 45 days, depending on which region of the world you are living in. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for Nousprint to reply back to any inquiries you my have about exchanging items.

Exchanges are only valid for direct sale purchases and not personal / custom items. Custom orders, can only be adjusted to clients specific needs and request. Once item is shipped and delivered, up to only one replacement bow tie per custom order will be honored.

Nousprint posses the sole right to cancel or not honor any purchases that seem fraudulent, criminal, or any type of illegal activity. Once an exchange is performed, that sale is final and will not be eligible for further inquiries. Once it is deemed that a sale is complete or finalized, no further request will be made.

Payment

The original method of payment be issued, via the way the customer has paid. After the 30 to 45 days has expired, if you customer still wants to exchange items a merchandise credit will be paid. If the item goes on sale and you paid full-price, once the item is on sale, you will only be credited in a store credit for the sale price, not the full price.
