What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

I gladly accept exchanges

Contact Nousprint within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact Nousprint if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • A store credit will be given on custom, personal, or regular orders if product is found to be defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Receipt of Product

Please allow up to two weeks for processing of orders which includes shipping. Due to COVID-19 if you have special events, or any type of scheduled appearances, shows, etc. please include in order details and Nousprint will do their best to accommodate your request. If your request cannot be fulfilled, Nousprint will alert you, within 24 hours of your request.

All product should be shipped and sent within 2 weeks of purchase

Does Nousprint do special events?

Nousprint is delighted to schedule a Zoom meeting, or telephone conference call to go over how we can meet your event needs. We approach each event on its own merits and will align the Nousprint brand with all brands we partner with to hopefully create a lasting partnership.

How do I order wholesale?

Nousprint does not offer wholesale items, but we are open to collaborations.

What are these collaborations?

ALL! Collaborations are welcomed, but not all will be accepted or agreed upon. Each collaboration Nousprint starts is to highlight Nousprint and it’s partner brand. There is no limit to what we will partner with, so if you feel that we are a match. By all means, contact us and let’s chat.
