Here are at Nousprint we take your PRIVACY seriously and most importantly understand with the rising risk of Global Digital Hacking, we can assure that we do not share your information to any third-party that is deemed unnecessary.

But lets first discuss why Nousprint has to collect information:

[1] Your order. This is a valuable investment for you. To meet your needs and fulfill your order to your needs, ( which you authorized Etsy to give to me ) Nousprint collects information such as your name, shipping address, email addresses, and postal code, so that you receive a completed order to your satisfaction. If you decide that you need a custom or rush order; to maintain your privacy, you can contact Nousprint directly and it will be completed in a timely manner.

[2] Why I need your information. When ordering from NOUSPRINT, we need your information and for possible sharing for these specific reasons listed below:
- To settle a dispute between ( client ) which is you and NOUSPRINT, or to complete your order, track shipping, or provide the best customer support as possible;
- When you signed up to join NOUSPRINT newsletter, and you gave your consent, which also can revoked, cancelled at any time, when signing up for my mailing list;
- If a court order is issued, and NOUSPRINT is subpoenaed in arbitration,
- lastly used for the personal interest of NOUSPRINT, that [a] Does not override your rights as a ( client, consumer ) , i.e. providing and improving my services. - Etsy. For the sole purpose to ensure that you receive an accurate order and comply with my obligations to Etsy and their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Service Providers. This includes trusted partners that deliver for Nousprint. However, this information is only shared deemed as necessary; i.e. disputes, lost items, exchanges.
-Business transfers. If Nousprint decides to merge with another brand, to the extent possible, we will preserve your information without sharing. But if legally obligated to share information we will have to share.
- Compliance with the law. I will have to give information if [a] a legal dispute arise or the government request information [b] enforce all terms and agreements, [c] prevent and also investigate fraud that may occur on the Nousprint shop, [d] technical issues that may cause a breach of security [e] protect the rights and property of my clients.
[4] The length of time Nousprint keeps data.
- NOUSPRINT will keep your data for as long as deemed necessary. However, if a dispute arises, exchange, or a request from the law is issued, then ( client ) information will be store for a longer period of time. The general time I will store information is 5 years.

- Access. You have the right to access and most importantly request copies of information, that I have on file regarding you.
- Change. If for any reason you feel that Nousprint should change, restrict usage, or delete you information, please inform Nousprint directly through direct messaging. There is one exception: the law. Your request does not not supersede what the law may require Nousprint to save and share.
- Object. At any time you can [a] Say what I cannot process with some of your information, [b] receiving direct marketing messages from Nousprint, even though you gave the express consent.
